Warranties

All our jewellery comes with a 1 or 2yrs manufacturers warranty unless stated differently in the product description. Please be aware of some internet jewellery companies not offering any warranty with their jewellery. All jewellery purchased from TicJewellery Limited are guaranteed authentic, brand new, in original condition with all boxes, instruction manuals, serial numbers intact, thus exactly as you would buy them from the High Street.

All warranties cover malfunctions due to manufacturing & material defects, and water resistance under regular use within the manufacturer’s specifications. The warranty does not cover damages such as scratches, finish, crystals or glass, leather or fabric straps, damage due to excessive wear & tear, damage resulting from wear under conditions exceeding the watch manufacturer's water resistance limitations & damage due to physical and/or accidental abuse. Jewellery opened or repaired by any other source will void all warranties. The warranty covers all parts and labour or replacement of the jewellery within the warranty period.

The warranty type and length is always stated with a product in the specifications of each product.
